Where do I pick up my WILL CALL tickets?
The Will Call booth is located in THE BLACK BOX lobby area next to the front door.   Please be aware that the Will Call booth generally opens an hour before the show and closes 1/2 hour after the event start time.

Does THE BLACK BOX have accessible seating? 
THE BLACK BOX accommodates guests with disabilities.  It is encouraged for guests who require assistance, a walker or wheelchair to purchase tickets in advance and then call 508-528-3370 to reserve accessible seating.  Handicap seating is available on a first come first serve basis. At a minimum, based upon availability, you will be permitted to purchase tickets for you and two guests beside you. Most shows are General admission so additional guests should arrive early to sit in close proximity to our accessible seating.

What time should I arrive? 
The Lobby will open 1 hour before the show. Theater Door open 30 minutes prior to show time unless otherwise indicated.

What if I arrive late? 
We make every effort to begin our performances on time. In consideration of our actors and other audience members, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management during a closed door performance. 

Am I allowed to bring food and drink into the theater? 
Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted in THE BLACK BOX at any time.  At most events, candy, soda, chips, and bottled water are available for purchase as well as beer, wine, and spirits at the Concessions Bar. You may use cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card at concessions or the bar.  Food and drink is allowed in the seating area, however we ask that you be respectful of THE BLACK BOX and others sitting around you. Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside THE BLACK BOX. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

Can I bring my cell phone, camera or video camera into the theater? 
Cellphones are permitted in THE BLACK BOX, however, they must be shut off before the performance begins. Cameras, Video devices, audio recorders, and flash photography are strictly prohibited during an event unless the photographer is approved by THE BLACK BOX, artist, or producer. Any guest not in compliance of these guidelines may be asked to leave. For further information on the event you are attending, please contact the Box Office at 508-528-3370.

Does my child/infant need a ticket?
FPAC and THE BLACK BOX welcome children and families to our performances. Many children can remain quiet, attentive, and seated for a performance, however others are not yet ready to attend a show. Every person who enters the theater must have a ticket. Lap sitting is not permitted. No persons under two years of age are allowed at the performance. However; at any event, anyone who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual is subject to removal from THE BLACK BOX.

Does THE BLACK BOX offer Coat Check?
THE BLACK BOX does not provide an area to check coats or any other personal belongings. We are not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen or damaged.

What is the dress code?
Unless otherwise noted, THE BLACK BOX does not have a formal dress code.  We do ask, however, that you use your best personal judgment when dressing for an event.  

Does the Theater have first aid in case of an emergency? 
Please speak with the house manager or any member of the ushering staff if you need first aid or have any sort of accident or medical emergency. Insurance regulations require that such instances be documented immediately.

Do FPAC and THE BLACK BOX offer gift cards? 
Gift Cards are available here and may be used to purchase tickets for ALL events held at THE BLACK BOX. Gift Cards can also be purchased at the Box Office, by phone at 508-528-3370. 

What is the theater’s policy regarding Inclement Weather?
THE BLACK BOX rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather.  Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a non-refundable and non-exchangeable basis.  This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket.  In the instance of inclement weather THE BLACK BOX will hold the performance on the original date and time unless the  a state of emergency is declared. In the event of such a declaration ticket holders will be refunded. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted, as soon as we receive it, on our website and facebook page.

What if I left something behind?
Please contact our Box Office at 508-528-3370 to inquire about the possible recovery of any lost items. If you have lost an item while at an event, please speak to any Box Office representative or usher for assistance.

What is THE BLACK BOX Refund and Exchange Policy?
In general, THE BLACK BOX has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all events. This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Exchange privileges are available for Annual Circle Members with a Platinum membership or higher. Learn more.

Can I get reserved seating?
All events at THE BLACK BOX are general admission seating. Reserved seating for FPAC productions is available for our Annual Circle Members which a membership of Platinum or higher. Learn more.

Are there service fees for tickets?
In addition to the advertised ticket price, all tickets sold via the Internet or over the phone will be charged a per ticket Ordering Processing Fee and Convenience Fee. 

Is smoking allowed in the theater?
THE BLACK BOX is a smoke-free establishment. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed.
