The 8th annual Culinary Cabaret spotlights this region's outstanding culinary talent, showcasing fine wines, craft beer, flavorful dishes and delectable desserts!
Here's a sneak peek at the menu:
Alumni Restaurant will serve Chicken Caprese and Smoked Salmon with Dill Cream Cheese over Rye Crostini.
Tavolino, a Culinary Cabaret founding partner, will prepare Short Rib Gnocchi with Hand Whipped Ricotta, Basil Pesto, and Parmesano Reggiano.
3 Restaurant will treat guests to Asian Tuna Wonton, Sushi style chopped Ahi Tuna, Crisp Wontons, Tomatoes, Avocado, and Sweet and Spicy Oils.
The Gavel will feature Buffalo Cauliflower and “Devil on Horseback”, Jumbo Bacon Wrapped Shrimp served over Corn Salsa and drizzled with Avocado Ranch Aioli.
J & L Catering will present Vegan “Pulled Pork” Sliders made with Portobello Mushrooms.
DavidsTea will provide a variety of exclusive tea selections.
Fuji at WoC will bring a selection of Sushi.
Featuring entertainment by Electric Youth and special guest artists of the Franklin Performing Arts Company. Culinary Cabaret supports Electric Youth’s 2019 European tour.
